The Truth About Chibi-Chibi

In American, chibi means small so her name must be Small-Small. She appeared like Rini did,
 flying down on an umbrella. After coming here, her hat flew away, Serena (Usagi) saw it and
 gave it back to her. From there onward, she followed Serena around. In her sleep, 
she constantly repeats,"Chibi-Chibi," all over again. She is the star seed of Galexia. 
(Don't ask what a star seed is, I don't know.) It is said that it was Galexia who sent her
 to get Eternal Sailor Moon inorder to defeat a monster. Chibi-Chibi is also said to be 
Sailor Cosmos, Sailor Moon's Ultimate form. When going there, she was turned into Chibi-Chibi,
 the smaller version.
